Forms Capture 

Our users may include optional forms on their pages for other users to input information, such as name, email, phone number, and custom fields. This personal data is transferred both to the user including Forms Capture and us pursuant to your consent. 

Children's Privacy Policy 

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from children under the age of 13, we will delete such data from our records. If any part or parts of this Privacy Policy are found under the law to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then such specific part or parts shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

This Privacy Policy and use of our website, or other websites owned by us, is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tennessee.
